For 33 years, we’ve celebrated peak oyster season the only way we know how… Oyster New Year!

Join us Saturday, November 7th, on the Seattle waterfront for an evening of all-you-can-eat oysters, premium wine pours, local brews and spirits, a seafood spread worthy of the waterfront, and the legendary oyster luge. This all-inclusive celebration is our tribute to the past, a toast to the future, and — as always — a gift to our community.

This year, Hit Explosion takes the stage to keep the energy high and the night electric.

A portion of proceeds benefits the Puget Sound Restoration Fund — because the oysters we love depend on the waters we protect.

CHARITY BENEFIT

Every year, we strive to bring awareness to the positive efforts of PSRF, a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring the Sound’s water quality and native marine species and their habitats. Elliott’s makes a separate donation each year to support PSRF, totaling more than $130,000 to date. Should you wish to donate directly, you may find more information on their website.
