Celebrate Washington Wine Month
It’s time to raise a toast to the unparalleled wines our state has to offer. To make this celebration even more special, our Beverage Director, Amanda Reed, has handpicked a selection of wines tailored for all seafood aficionados. So, if you’re someone who loves the ocean’s bounty as much as a fine glass of wine, you’re in for a treat!

Tirriddis Blanc de Blanc, Brut, Yakima Valley, NV | $56
The name, Tirriddis, derives from Tirage, Riddle, and Disgorge – the three steps to naturally produce sparkling wines. Focused solely on this traditional method, they use unique “non-traditional” styles to emphasize Washington’s world class growing environment. This Blanc de Blanc is made from Chardonnay grapes. Its crisp acidity and lively bubbles are the perfect complement to enjoy alongside PNW oysters.
COR Cellars, ‘Alba’ White Blend, Columbia Gorge 2023 | $60
The Alba is considered the Phillipe Petit of their lineup, balancing on the edge with poise from Pinot Gris and flair from Gewurztraminer. Undeniably upbeat, this white blend displays razor sharp grassiness and crisp acidity. This aromatic wine pairs beautifully with a variety of fresh seafood, yet equally delightful as a refreshing patio sipper.
Latta Wines C-B Roussanne, Royal Slope, Lawrence Vineyard, 2022 | $70
Latta Wines showcases rare varietals from Washington’s most distinctive vineyards. Winemaker Andrew Latta has truly outdone himself with this remarkable white wine. Elegantly structured, it unfolds with layers of golden apple, wildflower honey, and toasted almond, complemented by a rich, waxy mouthfeel and a long, mineral-driven finish. A true hidden gem in Washington wine country.
Long Shadows ‘Pedestal’ Merlot, Columbia Valley, 2019 | $155
Long Shadows Vintners is a unique winery built on the idea of collaboration. Pedestal was originally created in collaboration with renowned Bordeaux winemaking consultant Michel Rolland, who seamlessly blended old-world artistry with Washington’s finest grape—Merlot. This deep, dark, and luxurious wine boasts rich layers of blackberry, plum, and dark chocolate, complemented by velvety tannins and a lavishly long finish. Pure elegance in every sip!
