Oyster New Year Story:
At Elliott's, we are serious about serving oysters at their peak - during the cool, autumn months when local oysters develop the firm texture and clean taste they're famous for.  To celebrate the return of oyster season to the waters of Puget Sound each year Elliott's hosts the biggest oyster bash on the west coast.  Join us for Oyster New Year! All proceeds from Oyster New Year benefit the Puget Sound Restoration Fund's Henderson Inlet Project.

Tickets will go on sale September 1st.

About the Henderson Inlet Project
Henderson Inlet used to be one of the most productive shellfish growing regions in the South Puget Sound. But pollution and increased population have taken their toll on the tide-lands. Elliott's is committed to helping restore the health of the inlet through annual donations to the Puget Sound Restoration Fund. Proceeds from last year's Oyster New Year event again went toward reseeding the inlet. Last year the first crop of healthy, edible oysters from the area were harvested, some of which were served at Oyster New Year!
