Elliott’s Dungeness Crab Cakes

3 oz

Spicy Remoulade Sauce  (sub recipe below)

4 tbsp

Mixed spring greens

Instructions:

    1. Prepare Elliott’s Dungeness Crab Cakes per instructions on the box.
    2. Toast the dollar rolls and place ½ tbsp of remoulade sauce on the bottom half.
    3. Place the cooked Elliott’s Dungeness Crab Cake on top of the sauce and top with the mixed spring greens and top with the top bun and serve.

Spicy Remoulade Sauce
Yield 2 cups

1 1/3 cups

Mayonnaise

4 Tbsp 

Lemon Juice

1 tsp

Tomato paste

¾ tsp

Shallots, minced fine

½ Tbsp Capers, drained and minced fine
½ Tbsp  Mustard, Dijon
2 ¾ ounces  Celery, minced fine
1/8 tsp   Cayenne pepper
1 ounce  Onion, minced fine

Instructions:

    1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 
    2. Refrigerate until needed
